PhitCulture takes a gentle and clear approach to helping individuals change their behaviors and manifest their life’s goals. We act as a personal advocate for living with energy and passion. Through deep listening, encouragement, and educational support, we help clients envision what they want in life, set priorities and make healthy choices to realize their vision. We teach clients to take small positive steps, identify and eliminate negative thought patterns, and celebrate every success.
With over two decades of practicing weight training protocols and multiple diet theories, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches experience with others, our views are radically different. We appreciate, and share with clients, that health and wellness is a choice, a lifestyle and not about peer pressure, or satisfying the status quo. Living a healthy life is for everyone, every day, by choice.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, building muscle, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, improving health deficiencies, and maximizing energy.
